About Me
Hello! My name is Caitlin Trainor and I am passionate about energy healing. I have a love of people, nature, and animals. I have been interested in spirituality my entire life. It is recently that my intuition has taken center stage and through my own healing that I have seen the power of Reiki and the importance of holistic care. I love working with teens, children, and adults to help elicit their best selves and access their strength to assist in their own healing. I believe strongly in the power that we all have to heal ourselves. I have worked with many people to help them to know the power they hold inside and I hope to be able to do the same for you!

My Treatments
Intuitive Reiki Session
First, I will have you get comfortable on the massage table. We'll discuss how you would like energy work to help you and what intention you would like to bring to the Reiki.
The energy work can happen with or without touch.

Once it's over I will provide you with my intuitive reading of what occurred during the Reiki session. This will include which chakras needed balancing and what messages your higher self and spirit guides may have for you.
​
This service can also be provided remotely over Zoom with the same effectiveness as in person session
​

Half Hour: $45.00
1 Hour: $90.00
Please plan 45 minutes for a half hour session and 1.5 hours for an hour session to allow enough time to speak about your intentions prior to reiki and time at the end to discuss the intuitive information that came through at the end of session.

Mediumship
Mediumship allows me to connect with your passed loved ones. I get messages from them through clairvoyance-clear seeing, clairaudience-clear hearing, and clairsentience-clear feeling.
​
It is my belief that spirit provides me with messages so that I can deliver them as they come to me.
​
Sometimes, it's not until after the messages are delivered and digested that a person can take in all that they have to say. For this reason I encourage people to record their sessions.
​
Because Spirit is in charge of what messages get delivered, I cannot guarantee that the person you are hoping to speak with will come through.
​
Going to a mediumship reading brings up a lot of feelings for people. It can feel nerve-wracking and exciting and it requires us to step into the unknown. Allowing yourself to be open assists with the flow of information coming through.

Holistic Life Coaching
This is time where we will discuss your hopes, dreams, and desires and what's stopping you from getting there. I have over 11 years experience working with people on their preferred outcomes. Sometimes it's hard to change long established patterns. This allows me to provide traditional life coaching, but with a holistic and spiritual approach. It can include, Reiki, intuition, tarot cards etc. Please see the Frequently Asked Questions Page for more information.
